Just can’t believe its time to go home!!
This morning we didn’t have a great amount of time before we had to make our way to the airport, so we didn’t wander to far. Fortunatly close by was the mall that Matt loved(6 floors of computer and geeky stuff) and also their was quiet a few clothes shops. We both managed to find bits we liked and then struggled to fit all our stuff in our backpacks!!
We got to the airport in plenty of time and then we panicked alittle as our flight didn’t show up on the departure board, but we managed to find out that the flight number and time had been changed slightly.
Once on board we realised that the plane was only about a quarter full so Matt and i had a row of 4 seats each to ourselves!! When we had to change we only managed to get 4 seats to share(still very good going!!
All in all it took about 24 hours from boarding the plane to getting home, we got alittle sleep on the way but still felt shattered when we got back.
Well its kinda good to be home but i would much rather be back in Thailand!!!
And as for our sun tans well we didn’t go as brown as we would have liked, but we look healthy!!
Thats all for now, until NEXT time!!!
Thanks to everyone who has be keeping up with us x

Today we tried to find a local place were birds are supposed to sing, but we couldn’t find it(mind you we did get the info from Matts book which is about 5 years old!!)
From their we jumped onto the Mrt, then onto a bus over to Sentosa, which is a theme park on a island.
Its not the sort we are used to though, its made up of lots of different attractions including an aquarium, dolphin show, monkey show and lots of different man made beaches. You have to get a bus around to the different parts, quiet a good day.
When we got back i managed to talk Matt into going clothes shopping, once their i started to feel slightly fat as their clothes are soooo small and i size up to be an extra large!!!
Needless to say i went back empty handed and feeling alittle sad, but Matt said we would try again in the morning to find something abit different!
Can’t believe we go home tomorrow, the time has gone so quickly!!

We started the day by going to look at the main shopping street called Orchard Road which is home to over 18 huge shopping mails, feeling tired out just from just looking at them all we decided to go else where.
We found ourselves at place called Haw Par Villa, Which is worlds only theme park based on Chinese mythology, and told us about the 10 courts of hell-turned out to be fairly interesting.
We then jumped onto mrt (underground train) to Boat quay where we went on a nice little boat trip which help us find our bearings.Their seemed to be something going on close by which involved an air show which was great as we had just brought the most expensive drink(over 2 pounds for a can of diet coke!!!!!)
From here we went on to wonder around china town, had a nice meal and still made time for alittle more shopping!!
By the time we got back we were completly shattered!!

We got to Singapore in good time and the bus was very comfortable(it only cost 4.50 to get here!)
We took the firt room we looked at, which is the most expensive so far but we did expect that in Sinapore.
Once settled in we had a wonder round to find our bearings and have dinner.
This evening we plan to investigate the night life and probably get alittle drunk!!

As we had tired opurselves our alittle, we had alittle sleep before going to investigate the Central market which seems to sell exactly the same as the street markets just for more money.
We also had one last look around china towns market getting our last few bargains and we then enjoyed afew beers at one of their street bars.
Tomorrow we are moving on to Singapore.

We got up early today so we could get tickets to go on the Petronas sky bridge( two very tall towers with a bridge half way up) we had to queue for nearly an hour just to get tickets to come back in the afternoon!! But it was worth it as the view was amazing, just ashame you can’t get right to the top!
We then went to the other side of town to investigate Little India, which again was more shops and market stalls. We found a really nice Indian restaurant to have dinner and even i really enjoyed it!!
This evening i think we’re going to have alittle wonder around the night market in search for a bargain i might have missed and then have a few drinks before bed lovely!!

We took the slow boat back to mainland and got a taxi to Kota Bharu, where it maybe the last day with James and Tasha as they are staying the night and going to the jungle early morning and Matt and i are catching the night train to Kuala Lumpar this evening (Matt tried to get me to go to the jungle but unfortunatly we haven’t got enough time left hehe!!)
So today we are just having a slow wonder round looking at markets and shops(fantastic!!!)

Today we had a very lazy morning. But then went on to have a go at water skiing and the do-nut ring!!! Matt went first at water skiing and just about managed to stand up on his last attempt(i found it hilarious watching from the boat!!) Then came my turn and i wasn’t much better, but it was great fun trying. Next was wing 2 which is a twin do-nut type thing which we both sat in, also hilarious but slighly painful!!!
After all the action and muscles aching, we decided to go snorkling around near our beach and finally watch the sun set(beautiful!)
Tomorrow we plan to move onto Kuala Lumpar Malaysia ’s capital, hopefully their we wont get bitten so much by mosquitos.

We had to get around the long beach for 1030, which is about 10 minute walk though the jungle.
We had a great day snorkling. we went to 4 different locations to see different things including turtles and sharks.
We got back to our resort around 4 and to Matts joy their was a group of people playing volley ball so Matt quickly joined in( he wasn’t as good but at least he tried, i didn’t because i probably wouldn’t even be able to get the ball over the net!!)
Again this evening we had a lovely quiet dinner whilst the sun set and we all played cards until the resturant closed.
